Degreed does not recognize my password. I need to reset my password but I am not getting the password reset email. How do I recover my password and access my account?
Answer:
As you are not receiving the password reset email, it is possible that you do not have a valid email address listed in your account, but a dummy email that is used only for access purposes.
Please contact your organization's internal team for them to help you with resetting the password. If you do not know who to contact in your organization, you can submit a support request.
When you are able to access Degreed again, please follow the steps below to add your personal email as a secondary email in your account. That way, you will be able to request password resets in the future:
- From any page in Degreed, click Profile on the Degreed header.
Your profile displays with the Overview tab open by default. - Click Settings.
Your Profile Settings page displays with the Profile tab open by default. - Click the Account tab.
Your Account page displays. - In the Email section, add a personal email to the Secondary field.
- Click Save Changes.
