Issue:
Users from my organization report that they see an increase in pathways they follow, groups they are a part of, skills in their profile, or suddenly follow people, but they haven't added these manually.
Cause:
These can originate from a plan the user has followed. When a plan contains People, Skills, Groups, or Pathways, following it can auto-enroll the users to this content.
Resolution:
Expand and review the full list of content you are enrolled in by following a plan. You might need to uncheck some of the Skills, People, Groups, or Pathways you don't want to follow.
You can also go to your Profile > Plans and verify if there are any Plans in the Following or Completed sections that may contain the reported Pathways, People, Skills, or Groups.
If you follow a lot of Plans, try to search for one that might relate to the topics of the Skills, Groups, or Pathways.
