The Degreed Onboarding Experience is available in the Degreed Mobile App to provide learners with the opportunity to set up their profile information and improve their Degreed experience. Onboarding is only available if enabled for your organization.
The Mobile Onboarding Experience displays if:

- A new user logs into Degreed for the first time from a mobile device,
- An existing user resets their onboarding and then accesses Degreed from a mobile device, or
- An existing user has not added any skills to their profile and logs into the Degreed Mobile App.
The Mobile App Onboarding Experience is an adapted and streamlined version of the Degreed Web App Onboarding Experience and does not include the following:

- Resume Parsing
- Skill Self-Ratings
- Focus Skill Selection
After completing onboarding, you can add Skill self-ratings and Focus Skills directly through the mobile app.
Resume Parsing is only available in the Degreed Web App.
To Complete the Degreed Mobile App Onboarding

Welcome: Begin your journey with a quick introduction to the Mobile Onboarding Experience. Tap Continue to get started.

Select Your Current Job Role: Select your job role from the list of available options, or use the Search option to find the role that best matches your position.

Relevant Skills: Based on your selected role, a set of default skills are pre-selected for you.
- Use Add Skillif you want to include additional skills that aren’t listed.
- Once you’re happy with your selections, tap Confirm to save your skills and complete the onboarding process.
- You can deselect any skills that aren't relevant.
Selecting at least one skill is required to complete onboarding.
After completing the Onboarding process, your personalized Feed appears on the Home screen, ready to support your learning journey!
