- Expand/Collapse Side Navigation Menu: Click the icon to reveal more options in the side navigation menu.
- Search Degreed: Quickly find what you are looking for with the global search bar. Whether you are searching for specific learning resources, skill topics, people, Groups, or curated collections, type in a keyword to find relevant content.
- Add Content to your Profile: Easily add content, past achievements, and professional experiences. This helps personalize your learning experience.
- Side Navigation Menu: Use the left side menu to navigate the site, access your profile and completions, and monitor your skills progression.
- Greetings and Welcome Message: At the top of your home page, you can see a welcome message that greets you by name.

Insight Cards: This section is configured by your organization to display key insights. You can see a summary of your recent learning activity, skill growth, or direct links to content that's relevant or urgent.
- Assigned Learning: Assigned Learning cards display the total number of assigned or required learning items that are not completed. If an item is assigned more than one time, or reassigned after completion, it will only be counted once on this tile. However, multiple assignments and reassignments are counted on the Assignments page. Quickly identify overdue items (red), upcoming deadlines within 30 days (yellow), and future assignments (grey). For more information, see Managing your Assignments.
- Monthly Activity: Get a clear view of your learning progress over the past 30 days. Depending on your organization's settings, you can see metrics such as items completed, points earned, content viewed, or total learning time. You can select the card and access the corresponding learning activity in your Profile.
- Links: Link cards highlight articles, videos, and courses selected specifically for you, helping you stay focused and build relevant skills.
- Organizational Announcement Banner: If your company enables this, the announcement banner displays important announcements, events, or featured learning content recommended by your organization. When you close it, the message does not reappear unless your organization sends the announcement out to everyone again.

Learning Feeds: Discover curated content based on your interests, learning goals, and role requirements. This area helps you continue your journey with recommendations aligned to your current focus areas.
- Assigned Learning: View the courses, Pathways, and resources your organization has assigned to you. If you have no assigned learning, the Continue Learning tab displays by default. For more information, see Managing your Assignments.

Continue Learning: This tab lists the total number of recently-viewed or followed items, but only the top 8 items are included in the list. Plans and Pathways also display in the list and include a Started label.
Select the View More button to display 8 additional items at a time. After all items are loaded, a View Less option resets the view to the default state, showing only the first 8 items.
Assigned learning is not included in the Continue Learning tab, and completed or dismissed items are removed from the list. Deleted or obsolete content is removed immediately, while content added through provider integrations is removed after 24 hours. Content items are added to the list after you click View Details, and it can take up to five minutes for the item to appear. The list is ordered by the most recently viewed items.Each content card displays the content Title, Type, Duration, Provider (if applicable), and Endorsed icon (if applicable). For each content card, you can:
- Click the title of an item to access it.
- Save an item to your Profile.
- Follow a Plan or Pathway.
- Click the Actions menu to (depending on the content type) Mark Complete, Share, or Add to Plan or Pathway.

Personalized Learning: This tab suggests content items based on your Profile skills.
Profile skills are listed at the top of the tab with up to four Focus Skills (star icon) listed first. The Focus Skills are followed by additional Profile skills, for a total of 8 skills, whose order is based on the number of skill signals, or interactions, such as ratings or completions. If your Focus Skills change, or if the number of skill signals for a skill changes, the skill tabs can take up to 24 hours to update.
Select a skill tab to filter the list and display content related to that skill. By default, 8 content items are listed for each skill, if available.
Content items that are completed, assigned, required, or dismissed, do not display on the Personalized Learning tab.
Each content card displays the content Title, Type, Duration, Provider (if applicable), and Endorsed icon (if applicable). For each content card, you can:- Click the title of an item to access it.
- Save an item to your Profile.
- Follow a Plan or Pathway.
- Click the Actions menu to (depending on the content type) Mark Complete, Share, or Add to Plan or Pathway.

Focus Skills: Provides you with an easy to read, visual representation of your Focus Skills. For each Focus Skill, you can see a graphical chart that compares your Self Rating to your Skill Target, making it easy to spot gaps and track your growth over time. The Skills Nudge section recommends actions you can take based on your current Focus Skills settings.
Several factors influence the data and recommendations you see, including:- Whether you have set Focus Skills.
- Whether you have added Self Ratings and Skill Targets for your Focus Skills.
- Whether your organization has enabled Skill Suggestions and Degreed AI Skill Inferences.

Trending Section: The Trending section highlights the top 10 content items from the past 90 days based on recent engagement signals. Items are prioritized in the following order:
- Endorsed content (by date endorsed, most recent first)
- Most completed
- Most viewed
- Most saved for later
Each day, the system recalculates rankings and updates the list accordingly. An item will remain in the Trending section as long as it stays within the top 10 based on these signals. Once it falls out of the ranking, it is no longer displayed.
Each item shows its type, duration (except Pathways), provider (if applicable), and Endorsed icon (if applicable). You can save, view details, follow Plans/Pathways, share, add to a Pathway, mark complete, or dismiss items. Dismissed items are removed with the next daily update and will not reappear on the list. Deleted content is automatically removed from the Trending section within 24 hours. For content from provider integrations, removal occurs within 24 hours. -
Connect Section: The Connect section helps you build relationships with peers and mentors across your organization. You can see two tabs:
- Connect with Learners: Appears if you have one or more Profile skills that match the Profile skills of another learner.

Connect with Mentors: Appears if the Opportunity Marketplace is enabled and if you have one or more Profile skills that match the skills a Mentor selected.
Each tab shows up to four people and refreshes automatically as new matches are found. If no matches are available, the section remains hidden. You can search for more connections using the Search option at the bottom of the section that opens the Search for People page, or the Search for People page with the Mentors filter selected.
People cards in the list include the learner's name, job role, location, and icons for active learner and Mentor. The Connect with Learners cards include the top four matching skills by rating or activity, and the Connect with Mentors cards include the Mentor's top 4 selected skills.
You can click the name of the person listed to access their Profile, click the Follow button to follow the person listed, and click the Actions menu to add the person to a Plan, or Dismiss the People card from the list.
Once a People card is dismissed, it will not reappear in the list. If all users in the Connect with Learners or Connect with Mentors list are dismissed, that section is hidden until a different learner or mentor has matching skills.

Opportunities Section: If your organization has enabled Opportunities, you can see a personalized list on your Home page only showing roles that match at least one skill in your Profile or Focus Skills.
A maximum of four Opportunities display in the list and are ordered based on the number of matching skills. The section is refreshed on a daily basis and depending on the number of available Opportunities, you may see new Opportunities. A View All link at the bottom of the list opens the Opportunities page.
Each Opportunity includes the Type and Location, and a colored badge to indicate the number of matching skills you have to skills within the Opportunity. Badge colors indicate:- A green badge indicates at least 75% of your skills match the skills in the Opportunity. For example, if an Opportunity has four skills and you match three of the skills, the badge is green.
- A grey badge indicates less than 75% of your skills match the skills in the Opportunity. For example, if an Opportunity has two skills and you matches one of the skills, the badge is grey.
You can Save the Opportunity to your Saved page, and click the Actions menu to Show Interest, Share the Opportunity, or Report a Problem.
- Links Section: Includes important links that your organization wants to make available to all learners who visit the Home page. This section may include up to five links.
- Admin Dashboard and Logout: If you have admin privileges, you can access the Show Admin View to manage learning content and settings. Use the Log Out option to exit your session.
