Access your CredSpark Dashboard
Your organization must have CredSpark integration enabled to set it up in Degreed. If your CredSpark integration is not enabled, or you are not sure, contact your Degreed representative.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
Required Permission: Manage Catalog
To Access the CredSpark Dashboard
- In the top right corner of Degreed, click .
- Select Manage <your organization>.
Degreed Admin opens and the Insights page displays by default. - Click the Catalog tab.
The Manage Catalog page displays. - Click Manage CredSpark.
The CredSpark drop-down menu displays. - Select CredSpark dashboard.
A new browser tab opens. - If prompted, sign in to CredSpark with your CredSpark credentials.
Your CredSpark dashboard displays with a list of your organization's assessments.
CredSpark assessments must be managed directly in the CredSpark dashboard. If you try to remove an assessment from your organization on the Manage Catalog page, you will receive an error message. Access your CredSpark dashboard to unpublish and remove the assessment.
