Access the CredSpark Knowledge Base
The CredSpark Knowledge Base contains detailed information about question types, reports, how scoring works, and email notifications.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
Required Permission: Manage Catalog
To Access the CredSpark Knowledge Base
- In the top right corner of Degreed, click .
- Select Manage <your organization>.
Degreed Admin opens and the Insights page displays by default. - Click the Catalog tab.
The Manage Catalog page displays. - Click Manage CredSpark.
The CredSpark menu displays. - Select CredSpark dashboard.
The CredSpark dashboard displays - Click Knowledge Base.
The CredSpark Knowledge Base opens.
Download a CredSpark Knowledge Base Article
You can download a Knowledge Base article as a PDF for future viewing. After you create the PDF, you can share the PDF with to other members of your organization.
- Once you access the CredSpark Knowledge Base, locate the article you wish to save as a PDF.
- In the article, click Create a PDF.
The PDF downloads to your machine.
