If your organization enabled single sign on (SSO), you are prompted for your company credentials. If your company did not enable SSO, use the same credentials you use to log into the Degreed Web App.
To Log In
- Open the Degreed Mobile App on your device.
- Enter the username or email address associated with your account.
- Enter the password associated with your account.
- Tap Log In. The Home screen appears.
A Log in another way option is available on the Login screen for the Degreed Mobile App. This option is useful for learners that use personal emails to log into their organization's Degreed instance.
Using a personal email can cause login issues since it does not include the organization's domain name. As a result, the app may be unable to determine the correct data center for routing the login request.
After validating, the app directs the user to the correct login flow based on the organization's data center. The user can log in and redirect back to the Degreed Mobile App.
