Issue:
I am using the Custom In-App – Published Pathways (Detailed) report to review pathway structure. While I can see the Pathway Title and Section Titles, the Content Titles are not clearly tied to their respective Sections. The report does not display a clear hierarchy, making it difficult for me to understand which content items belong to each Section.
Cause:
The report is designed to reflect hierarchy through grouped rows rather than repeating values. Section and Lesson fields populate only once per group, so Content rows within the same Section do not repeat that information.
- This behavior is expected in the Custom In-App – Published Pathways (Detailed) report. At this time, there is no alternative report (in-app or via FTP) that provides a fully hierarchical structure, such as repeating Section or Lesson values for each Content row or displaying a tree-style format.
An enhancement request is already logged (FEEDBACK-5134) to improve how hierarchy is represented in this report. Please contact your Degreed Representative for any further updates.
Additional Note:
When reviewing the report, interpret Content rows as belonging to the most recently listed Section or Lesson above them.
