Issue:
When I access the Open Insights tab in Opportunities, it does not show any Open Opportunities.
Cause:
Only Opportunities that are 'Visible only for specific groups' or 'Visible to the entire organization' will show up in the Open Opportunities section of the Open Insights tab. Opportunities set as 'Private to collaborators' will not show in the Open Opportunities section.
Resolution:
Access the Browse tab inside Opportunities and check if the available Opportunities are 'Visible only for specific groups' or 'Visible to the entire organization'.
Additional Note:
You can select Show Interest in any Opportunity regardless if it is 'Visible only for specific groups', 'Visible to the entire organization', or 'Private to collaborators'.
