Summary
On July 21, 2025, we identified a partial service degradation impacting the Degreed US database. Users may have experienced slow performance or errors when accessing certain areas of the platform.
To resolve the issue, we restarted key database resources within our Azure SQL services.
Current Status
The restart process is complete, and all system metrics are currently looking healthy.
All services are operating normally and customers are not expected to experience any further downtime.
Next Steps
We are compiling a full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to share. We will continue to monitor the platform closely to ensure ongoing stability.
