Summary:
Between 1:08 AM UTC (9:08 AM ET) and 4:25 PM UTC (12:25 AM ET) on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, some users across all regions experienced issues with the Degreed website not loading properly. This was due to an issue with a third-party system, which helps control how different features appear on the Degreed site. Because of this disruption, some features did not load correctly, leading to incomplete or non-functional pages for those impacted.
Resolution:
The issue with the third-party system was fully resolved at 1:20 PM ET, at which point our services were stable again
Next Steps:
Implemented monitoring and alerting to track the status of the third-party system availability and develop a more comprehensive monitoring system for all critical pages
