Earlier today, we experienced intermittent downtime across all US environments of the ACM Application. This resulted in delayed responses, timeouts, and temporary unavailability of the application for some users.
Root Cause:
The disruption was traced to an issue with Azure Front Door, a Microsoft-managed service that routes and balances traffic across global endpoints. This caused intermittent failures when users attempted to access the ACM Application.
Resolution:
Microsoft has since resolved the issue with Azure Front Door, and service has been fully restored. Our teams have verified that the ACM Application is now stable and operating as expected across all environments.
