What governance processes or standards (e.g., human in the loop, algorithmic audit, third-party validation) are in place?
We use AI agents to score content across a few key areas, like relevance, quality of the source, depth, and level. This gives us an overall quality score. From there, we check if the content fits our learning objectives and organize it into pathways with a clear flow, following best practices from our Learning Services team. Before anything goes live, our instructional designers do a final review to make sure everything makes sense and meets our standards.
