You can add users to your Academy individually or, you can send a request to the support team to add users in bulk.
Use the following guidelines to determine when to add users individually or when to request a bulk upload.
- Add users individually if:
- You need to add up to 25 users to a single Academy.
- Request a bulk upload if:
- You need to add 26 or more users to a single Academy.
- You need to add any number of users to multiple Academies.
Requesting a Bulk Upload
In order to request a bulk upload of your users to an Academy, send a request through the help widget and include a spreadsheet that lists the email of each user and the ID of each Academy.
Request a Bulk Upload to Academies
- Locate and record the Academy ID of each Academy you want to add users to.
- Create a spreadsheet that includes the users' emails and Academy IDs.
- Send the spreadsheet through the help widget.
Locate an Academy ID
You can find the Academy ID from the Admin view or the User view. For more information, see Locate an Academy ID.
Create the Spreadsheet for Academies
- Create a spreadsheet with two columns.
- Name the first column "email" and the second column "academyID".
Make sure that the column names are precisely "email" and "academyID", as you will encounter a file error if they are not correctly named. - In the first column, list the emails of all users you want to add to the Academy.
- In the second column, list the Academy ID you want to add the user to.
To add a single user to multiple Academies, add a separate row for each Academy.
Example
You want to add both Sophia and Juan to two Academies each. Create a spreadsheet with the following columns and rows. The column names must be exactly named "email" and "academyID".
