Use the Reporting > Dynamic Admin Groups page to give reporting permissions to your users so they can run reports based on Dynamic Admin Groups.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
- Required Permission: Manage In-app Reporting and a Degreed role of Technical Admin.
- Optional Permission: Create Dynamic Admin Groups to create and manage dynamic admin groups.
The Reporting > Dynamic Admin Groups page includes a list of all your organization's existing dynamic admin groups. You can search for dynamic admin groups by name, and then assign permissions to users for each group in the list.
The following information is included for each dynamic admin group:
- Group Name: The name of the group.
- Attributes: The list of attributes that are added to the dynamic admin group. Users that meet the criteria for the attribute values are included in the group. Data for only those users will be included in the report results.
- Report Permissions: A list of all users who have permission to report on the dynamic admin group.
- More Actions: Click More Actions and select Report Permissions to provide one or more users with permission to report on the dynamic admin group.
