Request a Program, Resource, or Subscription

You can request programs, resources, or subscriptions from your plan.

To Request a Marketplace Program

1. Locate the Marketplace Program you want to take.
2. Click Request Approval.
3. Complete the form and click Submit.
   Your Manager will be notified of your request.
4. When your manager makes a decision, your program's status will be updated in Your Plan, and any approved funds will be listed under your Learning Budget.
5. If the program you want to take is not on the Marketplace, see To Request a Program Not Listed in the Marketplace.

If have not received a response regarding your request after 48 hours, contact your Manager or an Administrator.

To Request a Resource

1. Open the New Request page.
   1. From the Marketplace, click New Request on the right side of the page.
      - OR -
   2. From Your Plan, click New Request.
      The New Request dialog box displays.
2. Select a Resource.
3. Complete the form. If you need to request a resource in another currency, select a currency from the dropdown menu beside the amount you are requesting.
4. Click Submit.

To Request or Renew a Subscription 

Currently, the platform does not support auto-recurring payments. Instead, if you want to request a subscription, you must request a resource to calculate the total amount of funds you'll need to complete your learning.

To renew a subscription, you can request additional funds if you have not marked the item complete. If you have marked the item as complete, you must submit a new request using the New Request page. The name of the new request must be different than the first subscription request you submitted. 

1. Open the New Request page.
   1. From the Marketplace, click New Request on the right side of the page.
      - OR -
   2. From Your Plan, click New Request.
      The New Request dialog box displays.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Complete the form.
   1. What you are requesting?
   2. URL: Enter the URL where the subscription can be found.
   3. How much money would you like to request? Enter the amount you are requesting and select the currency type and frequency. If you select Per Month, select how many months you need it for.
   4. Why do you want to purchase this?Enter the reason you are requesting the subscription.
      The Total Request field updates automatically based on the amount and frequency you selected.
4. Click Submit.

To Request a Program Not Listed in the Marketplace

1. Open the New Request page.
   1. From the Marketplace, click New Request on the right side of the page.
      - OR -
   2. From Your Plan, click New Request.
      The New Request dialog box displays.
2. Select Program.
3. Complete the form. If you need to request a program in another currency, select a currency from the dropdown menu beside Total Program Cost.
4. Click Submit.
   Once your request is approved, you can use your virtual card to make a purchase.
