Use the available search filters to refine your search results and easily find what you are looking for.
Filter Logic
When a filter option is selected, it is immediately applied and the results are automatically updated. You can apply filters in any order. For example, you can filter by Provider, then by Duration, then by Type in order to narrow your results for a more targeted search. Certain filter selections will impact if other filters are available.
Learning Tab
The following filters are available on the Learning tab of the Search Page. These filters relate to learning items only.
-
Type: The content types the search results should be refined to (i.e. Article, Book, Pathways, Plans and Directories, etc.). Multiple selections can be made, and the search results will update to display the type(s) selected.
More filters may become available based on the content type selected. See Conditional Filters for more details. - Provider: The content providers available in the search results. Multiple selections can be made, and the search results will update to display the provider(s) selected.
- Duration: The length of time it takes to complete a learning item. Multiple selections can be made, and the search results will update to display the duration(s) selected.
-
Language: If you select a language from the filter, the results for that specific search will be limited to the selected language the content is tagged with, regardless of your content language selections on the Account tab in Profile Settings. The None checkbox in the Language filter ensures all content available in your language is included. You can select or deselect any language available to refine or broaden your search results.
Search results will automatically display based on your preferred content language selection(s). Preference is given to the content language, then the platform language. If no languages are selected in either field, the search defaults to your browser language. These languages are not defaulted to the Language filter. Selecting a language from this filter will reset the search results to only the language(s) selected. - Date Published: The time range associated with when the content was published. Multiple selections can be made, and the search results will update to display the selected timeframe(s).
- Endorsed Only: Select this checkbox to have the search results only display learning items endorsed by your organization.
