The Degreed Home Page
Use the Home page to see a snapshot of your Degreed experience and obtain recommended content.
- Header: The header displays on all pages in Degreed. With just a click, you can view a snapshot of your learning on the Home page, navigate to the Browse page to see everything Degreed has to offer for you, and access your profile, where you can view your stats, change your privacy and profile image, and more.
- Search: You can Search Degreed to quickly locate specific content, or see recommendations based on your Search terms.

Additional Options:
- Add Content to your Profile: Add learning, experience, and course work to your profile.
- Notifications: View your Degreed notifications about assignments, recommended content, shared content, and more.
- Profile picture: Access your Profile page, where you can change your profile picture, update your privacy settings, and more.
- Organizational Announcement Banner: If your company enables this, a message from your company at the top of your Degreed Home page displays. When you close it, the message does not reappear unless your company sends the announcement out to everyone again.
- Navigation panel: A high-level view of your Focus Skills, direct access to your learning Resources, and Monthly Activity.
- Quick Links: If your company enables it, a list of links displays under your Snapshot.

Discover Feed: An at-a-glance view of content recommendations, Opportunities, and more.
Recommendations based on Focus Skills are only provided if there are at least four learning items in the system that are tagged with that skill.-
Continue Learning: Resources to help you continue your learning progress. Items can include a combination of assignments, content items, Pathways and Plans containing content you started, content you saved for later, items that others in your organization shared with you, and more. Content items in this section are ordered based on the following priorities:
- Required Learning (Overdue or due within 30 days)
- Assigned Learning (Overdue or due within 30 days)
- Pathways, Plans, Shared Content, Saved for Later, etc. (These items are shuffled to keep the experience dynamic.)
- Recently Viewed Content: A collection of content items (not Pathway or Plans) you've recently accessed (within the last 90 days).
- Opportunities: If your company uses Opportunities, you can view available job opportunities within your company that match skills you are following.
- Focus Skills: Focus Skills are the Skills within Degreed that you want to actively develop or improve. When you select Focus Skills on your Profile page, content recommendations specific to those Skills display here on your Home page. You can designate up to four Focus Skills on your profile.
- Recent Activity (People you Follow): A collection of content items that have been recently-accessed by people you follow.
- Recent Activity (Your Groups): A collection of content items that have been recently-accessed by people in your Groups.
- Trending Within (Your Company): Popular content items within your company based on the most completed items over the last 6 months. Suggestions include articles, videos, books, courses, and podcasts only.
- New Content: Content items that have been recently added to your organization's catalog appear here. A minimum of three content items must be available for this section to display. New Pathways and Plans do not appear here, only content items such as courses, articles, videos, etc.
- Additional Skills: Skill-based content recommendations based on the Skills you select in your profile.
- People to Follow (Based on your Skills): Recommendations to follow people with the same or similar Skills you set in your profile.
- Skills to Explore: Content recommendations for new Skills not in your profile.
