Add a Focus Skill to your Profile

You can add up to four Focus Skills to your profile.

To Add a Focus Skill (Skills Page List View)

1. From the side navigation menu, select Profile > Skills.
2. If you haven't added any skills to your profile yet, add a skill to your profile.
3. Locate the skill you want to actively develop.
4. Click the grey, star icon () in the Focus column.
   The star turns yellow (), the skill adds to your Focus Skills list, and a confirmation displays at the bottom of the page.

To Add a Focus Skill (Skills Page Grid View)

1. From the side navigation menu, select Profile > Skills.
2. Click Grid.
   Your skills display in a grid.
3. If you haven't added any skills to your profile yet, add a skill to your profile.
4. In the Additional Skills section, locate the skill you want to actively develop.
5. On the skill's card, click the grey, star icon ().
   The star turns yellow (), the skill adds to your Focus Skills list, and a confirmation displays at the bottom of the page.
