Replace a Focus Skill in your Profile

You can have up to four Focus Skills, and you can replace them at any time in your profile.

To Replace a Focus Skill (Skills Page Grid View)

1. Open your Profile page:
   From the top of any page in Degreed, click Profile.
   - or -
   From the Home page, click your profile picture.
   Your Overview tab displays by default.
2. Click the Skills tab.
3. In the Additional Skills section, locate the skill you want to use to replace one of your existing Focus Skills.
4. On the skill card, click the grey, star icon ().
   The Replace Focus Skill dialog box displays the list of your existing Focus Skills.
   
5. Select the Focus Skill you want to replace.
6. Click Replace.
   The new Focus Skill replaces your selection, and the old Focus Skill star turns grey and displays in your list of Additional Skills.

To Replace a Focus Skill (Skills Page List View)

1. Open your Profile page:
   From the top of any page in Degreed, click Profile.
   - or -
   From the Home page, click your profile picture.
   Your Overview tab displays by default.
2. Click the Skills tab.
3. Click the List View icon (). 
4. Locate the skill you want to use to replace one of your existing Focus Skills.
5. Click the grey, star icon () in the Focus column.
   The Replace Focus Skill dialog box displays the list of your existing Focus Skills.
   
6. Select the Focus Skill you want to replace.
7. Click Replace.
   The new Focus Skill replaces your selection, and the old Focus Skill star turns grey and displays in your list of skills.
