Coursera In-App Integration
Degreed integrates with Coursera with the following options in In-App Integrations:

Content Connector
To Configure a Content Connector
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
Required Permission: Manage Integrations
- Obtain an OAuth token and uniquely assigned orgId for your account from Coursera. The Coursera Enterprise Services team will help you set up your OAuth client and provide you with the necessary credentials.
- In the top right corner of Degreed, click .
- Select Manage <your organization>.
Degreed Admin opens and the Insights page displays by default. - Click the Settings tab.
The Settings page displays. - Click the Integrations tab.
A list of connected providers displays.
- Click Integrations Directory.
The Degreed Integrations Directory opens in a new window.
- Locate Coursera and click Enable.
The Coursera page displays on the Integrations tab in Degreed. - Under Connectors, click the + Connect button for Content.
The Add Content Connector dialog box displays.
- Enter the following information you obtain from Coursera:
- Org Id
- Username
- Password
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Optionally, select the checkbox for SSO enabled content URLs to allow SSO logins on any Coursera for Business program URL or course deep link within the program.
- Click Verify.
- Click Save.
Allow 24 hours for content to sync. Content syncs nightly.
Completions Connector
To Configure a Completions Connector

Required Permission: Manage Integrations
- Obtain an OAuth token and uniquely assigned orgId for your account from Coursera. The Coursera Enterprise Services team will help you set up your OAuth client and provide you with the necessary credentials.
- In the top right corner of Degreed, click .
- Select Manage <your organization>.
Degreed Admin opens and the Insights page displays by default. - Click the Settings tab.
The Settings page displays. - Click the Integrations tab.
A list of connected providers displays.
- Click Integrations Directory.
The Degreed Integrations Directory opens in a new window.
- Locate Coursera and click Install.
The Coursera page displays on the Integrations tab in Degreed. - Under Connectors, click the + Connect button for Completions.
The Add Completions Connector dialog box displays.
- Enter the following information you obtain from Coursera:
- Org Id
- Username
- Password
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Click Verify.
- Click Save.
SSO
A secure SAML SSO connection can be enabled between Degreed and Coursera to ensure seamless access to content. For more information, see The SSO Tab.
