Register for an Event or Course Session

Some events and courses include sessions for which you can register directly from within Degreed. When events and courses include sessions, the content card displays a View Details button.

The View Details button replaces the Mark Complete button included on all other content cards.

You can click View Details to see a short description of the event or course, a link to the event website, and available sessions.

In some instances, multiple sessions are listed, and each may include a registration link, allowing you to register for the most convenient session.

Session information includes the date and time the session is offered, and the location which is either online, a city for in-person sessions, or both (Hybrid).

If you click the I've Registered for this Event option, the content card for the event will automatically display on your Home page Saved tab.

If an online session is currently live, starts within 30 minutes, or ended within the last 30 minutes, a Join  link displays on the content card or the View Details page, allowing you to join the event or course directly from Degreed.

To Register for an Event or Course Session

1. Use Search to locate an event or course with sessions included.
   You can search for event and course sessions by date and location.
2. On the content card, click View Details.
3. On the Event or Course Details page, click Register next to the session that meets your scheduling needs.
   A new opens to the event or course registration page.
4. If available, optionally check I registered for this event.
   If you check this option, the content card displays on your Saved tab and indicates you are registered .

To withdraw from a session you registered for, you must use the registration functionality on the event website.
