Share Content in the Degreed Mobile App

You can share content within the Degreed Mobile App with individual learners and with your Groups.

You may need to enter your site credentials when sharing to an outside app or site.

To Share a Content Item from within the Mobile App

1. Tap the content card for the item you want to share.

2. On the item’s content card, tap the Actions menu (…).

3. Tap Share.

4. Enter the name of the people or Group(s) to whom you want to share the content with.

5. If permissions allow, use the Assign toggle if this should be an assignment for the learner. Specify a Due Date.
6. Tap Share.

Once a content item is shared, it appears on the Shared tab of the Learn screen for the people the item was shared to. If the item was assigned, it will appear on the Assignment tab instead.

To Share a Content Item Externally

1. Tap the content card for the item you want to share.

2. On the item’s content card, tap the Actions menu (…).

3. Tap Share.

4. Tap the Copy Link label.

The content item's URL is now copied to your clipboard and you can share it externally.

To Share a URL from an External Site to the Mobile App

1. On your device, copy the URL link to the content you wish to share.

2. Open the Mobile App.

3. From the menu bar at the bottom of the app, tap . The last-copied URL displays.

4. Tap .

5. Enter the name of the person or group to whom you want to share the content.

6. Tap the name of the person or group.

7. Tap Send to <#> people. The shared link displays in their Feed and displays in your Collections list on the Profile screen.

To Share a Content Item to an External Site or App

1. On your device, copy the URL link to the content you wish to share.

2. Open the Mobile App.

3. From the menu bar at the bottom of the app, tap . The last-copied URL displays.

4. Tap Share via…

5. Select the app or program to which you want to share the content and follow the prompts.
