Why am I seeing the Daily Digest/ Weekly Digest emails in the Spam or Junk folder?
Issue:
I noticed that my Daily Digest emails stopped appearing in my inbox. When I checked, I found them in my Spam or Junk folder. I want to know if something changed on the Degreed side and how I can make sure these emails return to my inbox.
Cause:
Degreed delivers Daily Digest and Weekly Digest emails, but Degreed cannot control or authorize which folder your email provider routes these messages to. Your organization’s email filtering rules may have flagged the messages, so this is something your internal email administrator must verify.
Resolution:
Check with your internal IT team or email administrator to ensure the Degreed domain is on your organization’s allow list or whitelist so your Daily Digest and Weekly Digest emails route to your inbox.
If configuration changes are needed at the domain or security level, your IT team must complete them.
