If you are added as a Contributor on an Academy by an Admin, you may have permission to review projects, view academy reports, or edit Academies. Contributors cannot delete or create Academies.
If you have been added as a contributor to an Academy, you will receive an email notifying you of your role. To receive emails about your role as a contributor, you must enable the Added as a Contributor option in your Email Preferences. For more information, see Manage Your Academies Settings.
Access an Academy from your Collection Tab
You can access the Academies you are a contributor on from the Collection tab in your Profile. Select the Academy Contributor checkbox to filter the list of Academies to only those you are a contributor on.
If the Academy Contributor option is selected, all Academies you are contributing to will be displayed, regardless of the status type chosen in the Status filter. If this option is unchecked, using the Status filter will only show completed Academies where you are a contributor; in-progress Academies will not display.
You must join the Academy to see your specific access rights such as reporting, editing permissions, or project feedback facilitation.
