What are Academies?
Academies are a place to develop internal talent. Created and moderated by Admins within your company, Academies combine projects, discussions, along with your organization's content catalog to deliver multi-level learning opportunities. Just as a university-level degree path might have many courses and levels, Academies involve completing coursework, attending events, and interacting with peers in order to develop professional skills.
Who Can Join Them?
Academies are internally created and moderated by Admins within your company. While some Academies might be made public and available to the entire company, others are restricted to specific groups of users like new hires, managers, or product owners.
