Cause:
- Due to restrictions that prevent the Degreed extension from being launched. This behavior is anticipated, as some websites do not permit the use of extension functions.
Answer:
- You can try accessing the websites using Google Chrome; if the Degreed button works there, you can continue with your task. If the Degreed button does not function in Google Chrome, the Admin can create an article in 'Manage Catalogue' by adding the URL.

- You can verify by reassuring Degreed button website restrictions by checking the console output. Here are the steps to see the Console error message:
- Close all private tabs and windows in Firefox.
- Open a new private window.
- Go to the page to be recorded.
- Click the application menu (
