This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can provide users with a budget they can use to access programs which are redeemed with a license or voucher. Programs can be added to a user's plan and then paid for with a voucher code. To set up voucher codes for your organization, contact your Client Experience partner. When you enable direct billing, only programs with an associated license display to users in the marketplace.
To Create a Direct Billing Learning Incentive
- Make sure you are in Admin View.
- Select Incentives from the left navigation menu.
- Click Add Incentive.
- Select Personal Learning Budget to create a company-wide learning budget that is automatically added to employees’ plans.
- Click Continue.
The Create a Learning Budget Incentive or Create a Finance Incentive page displays. - Enter your learning budget or finance incentive details.
- Select Direct Billing from the How can this be redeemed? option.
- Optionally, in the Permissions section, select Allow removal of approved programs to allow users to remove programs they've been approved for.
- Click Submit.
Only one Learning Budget can be created per company. When a Learning Budget is created, it is automatically added to your employees' plans. When users access their learning budget, a virtual card will not display. The approved amount in their learning budget is the amount that was spent.
