Duplicating an Academy

To Duplicate an Academy

1. From the Admin View, select Academies from the left navigation menu.
2. Locate the academy you want to add users to.
3. Click the Actions menu () next to the Academy.
4. Click Duplicate Academy.
   Your new Academy displays with "Duplicate" in the title.
5. Enter the details on the Setup page.
6. Click Publish Academy.

While Academy title, description, permissions, notification settings, branding, and curriculum are duplicated, a restricted Academy's employees list is not duplicated and users will not be automatically added to your new Academy. Additionally, duplicates will remain in draft form until published.
