This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
In the event that you notice suspicious charges on your virtual card, please dispute the charges with Visa. Make sure you have your virtual card number ready so that your account can be located.
Once your dispute has been filed, contact a Degreed Content Marketplace Admin (typically a member of your company's Human Resources department) to let them know your card has been compromised. Depending on your company's specific policies, an Admin may be able to assist you in recuperating lost funds.
