This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
If you need more funds for a Marketplace Program, you can request additional funds.
To Request Additional Marketplace Funds
- Select Your Plan from the left navigation menu.
The In Progress tab is selected by default and your in progress programs display. - Scroll down to the Programs section.
Your active Marketplace Programs, both in progress and awaiting approval, display. - Locate your completed Marketplace Program.
- Click the Actions menu () next to the program and select Request Additional Funds.
The Request Additional Funds dialog box displays. - Complete the required fields on the form and click Submit.
Requests for additional funds are subject to the same approval processes as program and resource requests.
