What are Team Insights?
Team Insights provide managers with visibility into their direct reports' engagement with the platform. Within Team Insights, managers can see a high-level overview with information like each direct reports' last log-in, how much money they've been approved to spend, and how much money they've spent.
When you click on a direct reports' name, you can view a more granular view of their engagement. You can see a history of their transactions, all of the learning experiences currently added to a user's plan, and the statuses of each. For more information, see View Team Insights.
Status Definitions
Resources
- Approved: Resource was approved
- Declined: Resource was not approved
- Canceled: Resource request has been canceled by the user
Programs
- Approved: Program was approved
- Declined: Program was not approved
- Canceled: Program request has been canceled by the user
- Completed: User has finished the program
- Not Started: User has not started work on the program

In Progress: User has started work on the program
Only Custom Programs will show a status of In Progress. Team Insights does not currently track progress on Marketplace Programs in real-time. As a result, Marketplace Programs will show a status of Not Started after a User has been approved or Completed when the User marks them as complete.
Academies
- Completed: User has finished the Academy
- In Progress: User has started work on the Academy
- Unknown: User has either not started the Academy or removed it from their plan
