This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can remove a Marketplace Program or Resource from Your Plan if you requested one by accident.
To Remove a Marketplace Program or Resource from Your Plan
- Select Your Plan from the left navigation menu.
The In Progress tab is selected by default and your active Marketplace Programs and Resources, both in progress and awaiting approval, display. - Locate the Marketplace Program or Resource you want to remove.
- Click the Actions menu () next to the program or resource and select Remove Program or Remove Resource.
The Remove Program or Remove Resource dialog box displays. - Click Remove Program or Remove Resource.
To Cancel a Request
- If you have not yet been pre-approved for the Marketplace Program or Resource, contact your Manager or Admin, and let them know you’d like to withdraw your request. Your Manager or Admin will deny your request.
- If you have been pre-approved for a Marketplace Program or Resource but have not yet paid for it, follow the steps above to remove it from your plan.
- If you have been approved for a Marketplace Program or Resource, and you have paid for it, contact the provider for information about securing a refund.
