This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
Users with Administrator privileges must switch between a user view and an Admin view to build Custom Programs, manage Academies, and more.
To Switch Between Admin and User View
- From the bottom left of any page, click your profile name.
Your user menu displays. - Select User or Admin to open your preferred view.
- User: Select this view to access your personal Learning Budget and view your program progress.
- Admin: Select this view to customize the Marketplace, create Custom Programs, manage Academies, adjust in-app settings, and more.
Managers do not need to switch views. Users with Manager privileges can approve or deny requests on the Approvals page located on the left navigation menu.
