In My Team > Team Skills, if I click on the Skills count, I see Not on profile skills for one of my team members. I cannot find a way to remove these.
Answer:
Skills marked as Not on profile are skills associated with the team member's Job Role, but are not yet on the team member's profile. You can use the Recommend Skills button to recommend that |your team member add them to their profile.
