Issue:
I am seeing a different Skill Target value when hovering over a Focus Skill bar than the value displayed in the Focus Skill chart on the Home page.
Cause:
This is because the value displayed when hovering over a Focus Skill bar represents your Self Target, whereas the value shown in the corresponding Focus Skill chart represents the Organizational Target rating. As a result, the two values may differ because they reflect different target perspectives.
Additional Note:
Skill Targets in the Focus Skills section may be defined either by you or by your organization. If an organization-defined target is available for a skill, it will be used as the Skill Target in the graph. If no organization-defined target is available, you can set and manage your own Skill Target.
