Issue:
I created a new Academy in Draft status and added a contributor. When the contributor opens Profile > Academies, the Academy does not appear in the collection.
Cause:
An Academy does not appear in a contributor’s Profile > Academies collection while the Academy remains in Draft status. The contributor assignment and permissions can be correct even though the Academy is not visible.
Resolution:
Publish the Academy to make it visible to its assigned contributors.
After you publish the Academy, allow up to 20 minutes for it to display throughout Degreed.
If the Academy remains unavailable after 20 minutes, contact Degreed Technical Support for further investigation.
