I would like Degreed to automatically send a calendar invitation when a user registers for an event instance. Ideally, the calendar invitation would include the selected event date and time, meeting URL, and any event instructions.
Answer:
At this time, Degreed does not support automatic calendar invitation delivery for event registrations.
Users can still:
- Register for the desired event instance in Degreed
- Access the event details directly from the platform
- Manually add the event date, time, meeting URL, and instructions to their personal calendar
If automatic calendar invitations are required for your organization’s workflow, contact your organization’s Degreed administrator to discuss possible alternative workflows or integrations.
Additional Note:
Event details, including the session URL and instructions, remain accessible within the registered event instance in Degreed.
