Join Cohorts to complete your company's programs with peers who will complete the same curriculum in the same period of time.
To Join a Cohort
- Click Explore from the left navigation menu.
- Select Programs.
The Marketplace Programs tab is selected by default and featured programs display. - Click My Company’s Programs.
If a Cohort is available for a program, a start date displays below the title. - Locate the program you want to join.
- Click View Program.
The available cohorts display along with the initials of up to six members of the cohort.Member information only displays if your organization has enabled this feature. - Locate the cohort you'd like to preview and click Preview Cohort.

Cohort information, including the names of its members, displays in the Cohort section on the left.Member information only displays if your organization has enabled this feature. - Optionally, to preview the content for a specific set of cohort dates, click the Cohort dropdown menu and select a Cohort date range.
- Click Join Program.
Not all of your company's programs will feature Cohorts. If there are no Cohorts, the Cohort dropdown menu does not appear on the program page.
